PRODUCT STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

Currently the popular mobile concrete batching plant on the market are divided into 2 main types: drum type concrete batching plant(portable concrete batching plant) and trailer type mobile concrete batching plant.

1. Chassis: the chassis contains towing pins for trucks and parking legs; The upper part of the chassis can accommodate mixers, cement machine admixture weighing and batching devices, and the lower part of the chassis is equipped with mobile wheels, which can be moved.

2、Control unit: the control room is under the chassis of the main machine and can be equipped with an automatic control system, the working state can be adjusted, transferring and transporting is more convenient, without dismantling the whole machine equipment and easy to move.

3、Batching equipment. The upper part is storage hopper, storage hopper has 2-4 bins, larger capacity, can be operated automatically. Below the batching machine is the weighing hopper, which can proportion and weigh a variety of aggregates, and the batching is more accurate.

4、External supporting equipment. External supporting equipment is cement silo and screw conveyor. The peripheral parts are integral parts no matter when working or transporting, no need to dismantle, therefore can be transported and disassembled as a whole.

5. Mixer. The mobile concrete mixing plant is usually equipped with a JS type forced double horizontal shaft concrete mixer, which can quickly and evenly mix fluidity and dry hard concrete.
